We have found Royal Mail to be the most cost effective method for customers in delivering their orders in a timely and safe manner. We work very closely with Royal Mail and have our own business account manager that we can contact to address any delivery matters or problems which may arise. Royal Mail collects from us daily except Sundays.
All goods ordered will be dispatched under normal circumstances within 24 hours of the order placement.
If any item is not available from stock this will normally be shown on the product page prior to placing your order.
All orders must be paid for prior to dispatch unless we have advised you otherwise in writing.
Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer and advised to us during the ordering process. Please ensure that the delivery address supplied to Horse Trailer Parts Direct is complete and accurate. This must be a post coded address that Royal Mail will deliver to. Ensuring the delivery address is correct is the responsibility of the purchaser on ordering goods.
We will not be held responsible for any goods that have been delivered to an incorrectly advised address. Once ordered goods have been delivered to you or your nominated recipient, we will not be liable for their subsequent theft, loss, damage or destruction.
All prices shown on this site are for delivery to the UK mainland post coded addresses only.
Goods will be accepted for return if they are with their original packaging and are not soiled or used.
All returns must be notified within 14 days of receipt by e-mail to Horse Trailer Parts Direct. Returning an item is at the purchaser's expense, unless they are damaged or faulty. We advise that you obtain proof of postage for any return which is obtained free from any post office. The purchaser will be held liable for the item until we advise that we have received the item. If an item received by a customer is damaged or faulty then we will replace this free of charge and postage of a replacement item will be at our expense. The damaged item must be returned and the cost for doing this by Royal Mail will be reimbursed. The return must be sent by the postal service we have specified. If a damaged item is not returned when requested no refund will be made. Replacement of items will be made if in stock otherwise you will be given the option of either a refund or a credit against other items available. The above does not affect customer's statutory rights and we conform to the distance selling regulations applicable to all purchases made on-line, by telephone or by credit card. We accept no liability to pay compensation to customers for any goods supplied or ordered or non-availability of goods for whatever reason. We may choose at our discretion, under certain circumstances whereby any errors are attributed to our processing of your order to provide a discount or complimentary item of our choosing. We do this without any acceptance of liability. Products that we are not able to refund or exchange including the original delivery costs unless faulty include specialised or personalised items, Wheel Clamps and Hitch Locks that are supplied with high security keys, DVD's, CD's or software. Once we have received your item any refund can take up to 14 days before it appears on your credit/debit card statement.
