These are the rear plastic covers that fit onto the rear metal foot plate that sits behind your rear light cluster units and act as a cap or blank cover.
These holes are normally where prop stands would be fitted which are an optional extra when the trailer is new.
They often come out and are lost and you are then left with a round hole which is exposed.
If you are already missing these and you are doing your trailer up to sell then they will make the trailer look a whole lot better than with them missing.
